IR35 Payroll Solution

The team at Vestech has formed a payroll solution which allows all contractors (working under Vestech payroll) to have underwritten determinations if deemed outside of IR35. Our solution offers our clients:

A full IR35 assessment using our very own Vestech tool.
Underwritten determinations for anyone deemed working outside IR35 as well as an IR35 compliant contract.
A single point of contact who would keep in frequent communication with the contractor to verify that they continued to follow the operating standards that put them outside of IR35.
An in-house IR35 staff that can handle any IR35-related questions from contractors, as well as an in-house accounting team that will pay them weekly.
Use of our time temp timesheet portal and support with new contractors creating limited businesses (where applicable).
